Recipe: Homemade Hot Fudge Sauce

Because I love chocolate, that’s why I’m posting this recipe.  Really easy.   Really simple.  Really quick. 


 3 0r 4 oz. unsweetened chocolate squares
½ cup butter
3 cups sugar
½ teaspoon salt
1 large can evaporated milk

 Melt the butter and chocolate over boiling water in a double boiler.  Stir in sugar gradually.  Add salt.   Gradually stir in the evaporated milk stiffing constantly.  Great over ice cream.

Quick update on the vertigo experience.  Most unsteady day so far.  Remember the commercial for Weebles? Yes, I feel like a Weeble. I skipped a dosage of my meds today. I won’t be doing that again.

    We make this is the winter with Fudge waffles served with ice cream!!!! Calorie overload but so worth it!!!!
