Well – I haven’t posted a crock pot dish in a while – so here we go. This is so ridiculously easy. The boys at my house really
like this served over hot rice for some reason with some crusty, buttery bread and a salad. Literally, throw it in the crock pot, stir, cover, set it and forget it.
EASY BEEF STEW
4 lbs. beef stew meat
3 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 package Lipton onion soup mix
Place all ingredients in a large ovenproof casserole that has a tight fitting lid. Rinse out each soup can with a small amount of water and add this to the dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 4 to 6 hours. This can also be cooked in a crock pot for a longer time.
