Recipe: Breakfast Pizza

I can’t recall who gave this recipe to me some years ago.  It is a standby for weekends when company arrives and sometimes a late night snack.  Easy, throw it together, cook, and eat recipe. 

BREAKFAST PIZZA
1 package thick sliced bacon,  cooked crisp and chopped                                     
5 eggs
¼ cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese                                   
1 can crescent dinner rolls
1 cup shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed 

Spread crescent rolls on a cookie sheet to cover bottom.  Whisk eggs and milk together in a large bowl.  Add remaining ingredients and spread over top of crescent rolls.  Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
