I put this in the crock pot this morning. Let me just say it smelled good when I mixed it up. I can’t wait to see how it turns out when I get home tonight.
BBQ Country Spare Ribs
|1/2||c.||beer or beef broth|
|2 to 3||lb.||country-style pork ribs|
|2||med.||onions, chopped (1 cup)|
|1/2||tsp.||coarsely ground pepper|
|1||tsp.||finely chopped fresh garlic|
In crockery cooker stir together all ingredients. Cook on low for 10 to 12 hours (high for 4 to 6 hours) or until ribs are fork tender.
Yield: 4 servings.
