This is currently simmering away in my crock pot at home. Another fine recipe from the crock pot e-mail list. I’m loving this list of recipes. Everything I’ve cooked has been great and easy to make.
Good old, down home, Southern recipe.
|1||med.||green pepper, cut into thin strips|
|4||oz.||canned sliced mushrooms, drained|
Combine all ingredients in crock pot. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours (high 4-5).
Serve over rice. Add a green salad and your favorite rolls and you have a delicious meal.
