Recipe: Heavenly Carrots

Mimi’s Heavenly Carrots

4 cups cooked, sliced carrots
1 1/2 cups plain croutons
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 cup light cream
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 1/2 teaspoons worchestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt

Place cooked carrots in a buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Stir in croutons and cheese. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the carrot mixture. Bake, uncovered, in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.
