Well – I’m going to get right with the recipe today. The ragweed pollen levels are driving me to distraction and the third dose of Benadryl has kicked in and I’m about to fall asleep. So, here we go. Miss Martha’s Pasta Salad. Miss Martha worked at the same bank my husband worked at for 18 years. She is such a sweet person and she shared this recipe with me one summer. This is so easy and inexpensive. Feeds a bunch of folks for pennies!
Miss Martha’s Pasta Salad
1 (12 oz. pkg. Vermicelli
1 (16 oz.) Bottle 7 seas Italian Dressing
1 Green Pepper – diced
2 Tomatoes – diced
2 Bunches Green Onions – Sliced
1 Bottle McCormick Salad Supreme Seasoning (you can find this in the McCormick Seasoning Section)
Cook Vermicelli according to directions – DO NOT OVERCOOK. Rinse with cold water and drain. Add all ingredients and toss. Chill overnight.
