These are a great alternative to making plain old grean beans.
2 cans whole green beans, drained
3/4 stick butter or margarine
dash garlic salt
1 lb. of bacon
1 cup brown sugar
dash black pepper
Roll eight whole green beans in 1/2 slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick. there will be enough bundles to fill an 11 x 13 inch baking dish. Place bundles in dish Melt butter and brown sugar and add garlic salt and pepper. Pour sauce over green bean bundles. cover dish with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 15 minutes longer.
