Another homemade salad dressing. Very easy and very good!
Southwestern Mayonnaise Dressing
1 ¾ cups mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. orange juice
1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
1/3 tsp. chili powder
3 Tbsp. chopped canned green chilies
Whisk together first 4 ingredients in a small bowl until smooth; stir in green chilies. Chill, if desired. Serve over mixed salad greens or as a dressing for chicken salad.
Yield: 1 ½ cups.

Here’s another homemade salad dressing!
Creamy Honey-Dijon Salad Dressing:
1 ½ cups mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
¼ cup honey
1 tsp. minced fresh parsley
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Chill at lest 8 hours. Serve over mixed salad greens or as a dip for chicken nuggets. Yield 2 cups.
