Blackberries, raspberries, blueberries. Oh My! Summer berries are plentiful this year thanks to all the spring rain and they are so juicy and delicious. This little recipe appears in a family cook book in the quick and easy section. I tend to like any recipe that starts with the words quick and easy. So – next time company drops in, crank out this cobbler and serve with a little whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. And, don’t be surprised if your guests keeping dropping on in to see you.
Quick and Easy Cobbler
