Here’s an easy recipe for a homemade cheese roll or ball. Great for New Year’s Parties or Football Party or just snacking. Here’s to snacking!

Cheese Ball

8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
2 cups grated cheese, mixture of varieties (smoked cheddar, American, provolone – you decide)
4 Tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire’s Sauce
1/2 Tablespoon Tabasco Sauce
2/3 cup chopped pecans
Ground pecans or Paprika

Blend cream cheese, grated cheeses, and mayonnaise. Add seasonings and chopped pecans, and mix well. Refrigerate for several hours. Form into one large or two small balls (or rolls) and roll in ground pecans or paprika. Serve with variety of crackers. (Keep refrigerated).

Y’all Enjoy! :)
