Recipe: Angel Kisses
Posted by starwoodgal on December 2, 2008
Another virtual Christmas cookie/candy swap recipe. What better way to show someone you love them? Give them an Angel Kiss!
I’m not sure if I’d call this a cookie or a candy, but Nanaw made them every Christmas. They are light, fluffy and made with 4 little ingredients. Go ahead – give a kiss, an Angel Kiss.
Angel Kisses
3 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
Let egg whites and sugar stand together for 1/2 hour. Beat until mixture stands in peaks. Add vanilla and pecans. Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 275 for 30 minutes.
Kiss! Kiss! Y’all Enjoy!
