Recipe: Cold Pizza

Posted by starwoodgal on August 5, 2008

No, this isn’t a recipe for taking cold pizza from the refrigerator.  This is an excellent appetizer for these hot summer days.  I’m making it this weekend for the in-laws.

Cold Pizza

1 large (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 bottle chili sauce (Jarred Shrimp Cocktail Sauce)
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Chopped green onions
Chopped black olives
1 small can shrimp, rinsed and drained

Spread cream cheese on a platter. Top with chili sauce. Sprinkle with other items as listed. Chill and serve with crackers or Pita Chips.

Ya’ll Enjoy!  :)

Yumm!! How easy can you get? And it sounds absolutely delightful.
Plus – I love anything with cream cheese.

I’ve done similar recipes to this and it’s always the first to go at a party. Somehow these simple flavors work well together and it’s always a hit.

  3. That sounds yummy!

We put hamburger on it instead of shrimp and call it taco dip. Good stuff!!!
